Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $12 flat rate shipping to Australia.

Postage

Regular postage is $5

Express postage is $9.50

Flat rate product postage is $15.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup – to establish this, you will need to order via phone call.

Our in-store pickup hours are [9am – 5pm] on [Monday to Saturday].

How do I check the status of my order?

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@fifthelementdayspa.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

If the item is unused and in its original condition, we can refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return for the purchaser only – gifts are not redeemable for cash. A receipt and bank statement along with an undamaged and unopened product must be provided in order to begin the refund process.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@fifthelementdayspa.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
